Haughton
Taylor Brothers Garage has level access.

Red Lion Farm
has level access to its cafe/shop, toilet block and touring caravan site but wheelchair users might have problems with 2 - 3" threshholds and there is no wheelchair accessible toilet. Once inside, the cafe has low windows overlooking a paddock with farm animals that would be especially attractive to wheelchair users.
Haughton is a small village on the A518 main road between Stafford and Newport approx. 5 miles from Stafford. see map.

It can be accessed by no 5 and 877 bus routes, by taxi or by private car.

The village is gradually improving its accessibility.

St Giles Parish Church has level access from the pavement but a low step down from the porch into the church. The Rector's other three churches, Bradeley, Church Eaton and Derrington all have problems with steps and none of the four churches has a toilet although they are hoping to build an accessible toilet at Haughton when funds permit.

The Village Hall
is disabled friendly with ramp access, hearing loop and good accessible toilet.

The three shops
have a 6" step but the post office has a portable ramp, hearing loop and low counter and is fully accessible and DDA compliant. Note the grabrails by the door.
